    The progression of cars has made life more ideal, simpler, and quicker. Before the invention of cars, travel was a hassle and was a terribly difficult. People used to travel by foot, horses and other domesticated animals, and human produced power. With the invention of the car, transportation has become a part of our daily life. Almost everything is more convenient and a short drive away. 
    Some of the major contributers in the creation of the car are Karl Benz and  Henry Ford. Karl Benz was the founder of the invention of the modern day car using an engine that was internal combustion that used gasoline in 1896. Henry Ford was the first to create the mass production of cars and the assembly line.
   Society has also benefitted by the creation of the car. Many people world wide are hired to produce and create cars as well as the maintenance of the cars. 
    There are also multiple costs to the invention of the car. Some examples are:
